- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Post items back to us via a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items — If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return postage.
